Autism Canberra Psychology Centre informs all patients of our cancellation policy when completing the new client intake and consent forms, and upon signing these forms they acknowledge their obligation to pay our cancellation fees under our cancellation policy.
Tele-Therapy Cancellation Policy
For all tele-therapy appointments booked, the client must give at least 2 business days notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelling within 2 business days of the appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee, which must be paid prior to rescheduling your appointment. Autism Canberra Psychology Centre does not provide any refunds for any prepayments made for tele-therapy services through our practice.
Assessment Cancellation Policy
For all assessment services, the client must give at least 1 week (7 days) notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancelling within 1 week of the appointment will incur a $200 rescheduling fee, which must be paid prior to rebooking your appointment. Please note that rescheduling may push back your appointment to our next available appointment. For all assessment services, the deposit amount (made upon booking) is non-refundable. Autism Canberra Psychology Centre does not provide refunds for any additional prepayments made towards the assessment services. Thank you.
